Play is a fantastic way to bond with your dog while also meeting their physical & mental needs!
Here are some toys I’ve found many humans & dogs love.
West Paw - Bumi Tug Toy: If you have a tug fiend, this toy is for you! It is great for each of you to get a good grip on & is quite durable!
West Paw - Zisc Frisbee Disc: An awesome floppy disc that makes for great catching, thrashing, & even tugging, too!
West Paw - Jive Dog Ball: A great alternative to a tennis ball, who's texture can cause wear & damage to a dog's teeth, these also bounce in a fun, unpredictable way, are waterproof, & float!
West Paw - Zwig Fetch Toy: Another tug favorite, this toy also has a hollow, squishy texture that many dogs enjoy!
West Paw - Hurley Dog Bone: If you've got a chewer, these are very nice, safe chew toys that also double as a small tug or fetch toy.
West Paw - Peet Durable Plush Toy: These fuzzy little guys are not indestructable, no toy is, but they are some of the most durable plush toys I've come across! Many dogs loves picking at the fluff & gnawing on the rubber feet.
ZippyPaws - Any ZippyPaws Burrow Toys!: While not particularly durable, most dogs LOVE snuffling out these cute toys from their hides. This is a great way to meet your dog's foraging needs! You could try sprinkling some kibble or treats in the burrow, too. There are tons of fun varieties of this, too.
Outward Hound - HedgehogZ Squeaky Plush Dog Toy: The noisemaker on this toy is like few others & most dogs think it is a riot! I also have found some dogs tend to like large, pillow-like toys they can hold in their mouths.
JW Pet - Hol-ee Roller Dog Toy: This malleable ball is a fun shape for tossing, thrashing, & even stuffing with other small soft toys or scrap paper enrichment!
Planet Dog - Orbee-Tuff Squeak Ball Tough Dog Chew Toy: Super bouncy, super squeaky, & it floats! Another great ball!
Outward Hound - Tail Teaser with Refill Dog & Cat Teaser Toy: This flirt pole is a favorite for dogs who love to chase! Just take care not to have your dog tweak their back by changing directions too fast or flipping for the toy.
Jolly Ball - Tug-n-Toss: this toy offers loads of fun as it darts wildly around the ground upon impact. The handle makes it easy for your dog to carry or for you to tug!
Tug-e-nuff - The Clam: this toy has endless uses and is popular with many dogs! Try filling it with treats and then hiding it for your dog to find. Once they find it, help them open the clam and claim their reward! This toy should be used for supervised play only.
Tug-e-nuff - Sheepskin Bungee Chaser: this toy is great for chasing and tugging, which makes for great physical exercise! This toy should put away when not in use, as a dog can easily destroy this if left alone with it.
Tug-e-nuff - Fauxtastic PowerBall Bungee: another great tug option, especially for dogs who love to try and tug with a ball! Put this toy away when you are not actively playing with your dog to keep it in good condition.
